Flat pack queen

Well I have no idea where this week has gone =)

The cotbed and mattress arrived on Tuesday – so much for it supposidly arriving Thursday as I had booked Thurs/Fri off work – and its just as well Lee was off sick with “Man Flu” to accept the delvery.

When I got home I had a wee look at it and I soooooo cant wait to get the spare room emptied and the cotbed built and turn the room into a Nursery =)

We got the other built and new mattress down sunday night along with the new set of drawers for our room. All the junk that was under the bed we had orginally is now at the end of the bed in front of the mirroed wardrobes – the bed we have now is so low we cant fit anything under it. Though I did have a brain wave and have used the drawers from the old set as under bed storage, go me for noticing that they would just fit under and now we can fill them crap =)

The flat pack cot is resting on the other wall in our bedroom right now as we still have a sofa couch in the nursery – which we hope to have sold. A girl from Lee’s work came over Wednesday to see it and think she is taking it yay – will be so glad to get that out the room, it will make it look so much bigger and also means we can work on taking apart the computer desk and unit in there and put them in the loft. We have got an old smaller computer desk from my mum which unfortunaly will have to go into our bedroom. Urgh the one thing we both said we never have in the bedroom, but needs must we have no room anywhere else to put the damn thing =(

We plan to move our bedroom around tomorrow and get the pc set up, might even be able to take other desk apart if there is room but not too bothered about that until the couch goes. If we can at least get our bedroom all sorted the rest will fall into place.

I really should take photos to help you guys make sense of what I have just said lol =D

So yeah as I said I had booked Thursday and today off work and basically have just pottered about going through the stuff that came from under the bed and throwing stuff out and generally catching up on housework. That and play WofW =)
