Project Nursery
So for a while we have known we have to start preparing the nursery. But every time we open the door we are faced with a mess – photos after the cut – and we just close the door again and say we will do it tomororw.
But tomorrow comes around and we do the same thing.
Now we only have 3 months and 20 odd days until the little bubba is here – and really when you think about it we only have 2 months to get it sorted so we dont have to run about in May getting it done.
I am not doing a think in the few weeks before my due date so June is out lol I start my maternity leave on the 8th June so have a few weeks to relaxing and get my head round labour.

As you open the door you are greeted with this! The blue thing is the cot mattress and the box behind is the cot! the 4 boxes are our bargain baby stuff =)
The rest of the room is just junk!!
We need to get the stuff off the desk and get rid of the desk we think we have family that might be taking it *fingers crossed *
So yeh as you can see we have a challenge on our hands!! It wasnt as bad when the couch was were the mattress is at the moment as we couldnt put anything in the room at all other than the couch and desk!
Eeeek!!
I cant invisage the room as a nursery when it is in this state – so look out for future updates as we transform the room =)

It certainly does look like you have a challenge on your hands! Motivation is such a pain to grab hold of! I hope you find it, and turn the ‘junk’ into beauty for your littl’en when he/she comes! 😀 Good luck!

goodness girl u better get a move on! you need some inspiration!! shoot if it were me my mom would have had it done 3 days after i told her i was pregnant at most lol. i can’t wait to see some after shots!!
Good luck with the room. I think the hardest part is getting started. Once you get in there and start moving things around I think it will take less time than you thought it was going to be. My brother’s baby’s room has a computer desk in it still. That’s where my sister-in-law has her computer. I think they have a computer desk in every room they have lol.
Wow! That’s quite a mess! I love cleaning so I think it would be fun, fun, fun to take on a room like that. 😀 Yeah, I am weird when it comes to cleaning… 😛
