So I went for my 6 week check up at the Doctors on Tuesday and she seems happy enough with me – doesn’t have any concerns with how I’m coping etc. Told her that some days I get stressed when he cries and is inconsolable but generally those days are few and far between…. for the moment lol

She gave me a whole load of leaflets on the type of contraception that I can use now – not there are any other than the Coil that I couldn’t use before Jack. I am thinking about the coil as for all we are thinking about another child its not going to be any time soon but still not too long down the line either and rather than going back on the injection that can take a while to get out of your system and for you get pregnant – though that didn’t happen to me! – or the pill which I know I will forget to take – which is why I went on the injection in the first place all those year ago… it just seems to be the right form of contraception for me/us at this moment and time.

The Doc gave me a course of the pill to cover me the now until I decide but I have no clue as to when my period will show up so can take it the now anyway!

Think we need a bigger house before we have any more kids anyway lol

Jack goes for his 8 weeks checkup and his first immunisations – not looking forward to that! currently he is weighing in at 9lb 6oz =) he is coming on grand and weigh i about the centile which isnt bad considering he was prem. We are also getting into a wee routine (well I have managed to get him into one whilst staying at mums) and getting longer night sleeps getting 5 to 6 hours =) yay so we are getting there.
