In a rut
I am finding myself in another blogging rut, all I seem to be doing is affiliate posts ans wordless Wednesday.
For a time I thought about making this a niche site, concentrating on one topic but then I realised that isn’t me. I looked back my archives and I would just post about my day, life in general and anything else that came to mind pretty much on a daily basis.
But now, despite having 3 kids I am struggling to come up with things to write about! Maybe I should just get back to posting like I did and not bother trying to develop the site as s niche and just concentrate on being the personal blog it has always been.
Project-mommy.co.uk will need some work now that I have decided to keep it and that can be my niche site.
Lets see how I get on with blogging from now on 🙂
When I started blogging last year I struggled with the whole “finding my niche” thing. Then I realized my niche is my own life and when I stopped trying to fit a square peg into a round hole I started to get readers! I think when people come to your blog they are coming because of YOU, more than what you’re writing about. I’m looking forward to learning more about you 🙂
I sort of in that place right now too, but I agree with Jen. Write what makes you happy and your readers will come.
