Throwback Thursday #10
Its Throwback time! Cant wait to see what delights your will show this week. Last wee saw the most link up yet, and I was getting a little down thinking I may quit this, but I have decided to continue no matter how many people link up – one day it might take off 🙂

I am the one in the red helmet. This was at my first ever Tae Kwon Do competition. Not sure of the year now at the time has flown by so quick but think it might been 1999 give or take. The pic is me sparring with another class member and I actually made her bleed (proud moment lol)
I won a bronze medal for the sparring above, which I am well proud off 🙂
Tae Kwon Do is something I have not done for a long long time, I did get to my green belt then gave it up due to my ex and I have never taken it back up again. We have started Jack in TKD and I hope maybe one day I will get back into it – will have to start from the bottom but that’s OK 🙂
